During my stay, I found the hotel in a great location, close to the old town and lots of nice restaurants and bars. The room was really comfortable, with an incredible bed that helped me sleep well, although it did have some noise due to being on street level. The staff was fantastic and very helpful, especially since I don't speak Spanish. On the downside, the dining options were just ordinary, but the bathroom products were nice. Overall, it was a decent value for the price.

The hotel is a gem, offering luxurious rooms that feel like a five-star suite for the price of a three-star. The location is great, just a short walk from the city center and plenty of dining options nearby. The friendly staff made the stay even better by providing helpful recommendations. However, the dining options could use a bit of improvement, as the food was slightly overpriced for the quality.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, I feel the price was a bit high for what we got; I could have opted for a more budget-friendly option. Additionally, the location was somewhat tricky to find, which was a bit frustrating.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were comfortable with a cozy bed, but I didn't feel they matched the photos and were quite pricey for what we received. I enjoyed the bottle of Tio Pepe sherry that was chilled upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
Service
8.0
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially with explaining services like car hire and housekeeping. However, I encountered one staff member who seemed a bit short with us when we asked for towels.
Location
6.0
The location is fine for reaching the main attractions but can be tricky to navigate through the backstreets of Jerez. Since it was a bit difficult to find, clearer signage would be beneficial.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were good, but I think adding more fresh fruit and plain yogurt would enhance the experience. The buffet style made it easy and pleasant to serve ourselves.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities seemed adequate but didn't stand out to me. The cleanliness focus was commendable, but overall, it felt rather standard.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is situated in a good location that allowed easy access to explore the town. The rooms were spacious and had a nice mezzanine lounge, which made my stay enjoyable, but the annex felt a bit distant from the main building. The service was friendly and attentive, contributing positively to my experience. However, it was somewhat challenging to find the hotel among the backstreets, and the parking area was a bit tight.

However, the dining options felt overpriced and could use some improvement in quality.

I had an interesting stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, but they were unfortunately right on a busy street, which made it quite noisy, especially with a garbage truck coming by at 3 AM. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. However, despite the great staff and good location for exploring, I might not choose this place again due to the noise and disruption. Overall, it has its pros and cons.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is set in an old wine house that has a lot of charm. The rooms are great in looks, but the layout felt quite narrow and dark, making it less practical than I had hoped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location, while a bit of a walk from major attractions, is nice and quiet. Overall, it's a lovely spot, but be prepared for some quirks and the need for a bit more accessibility to the city center.

The hotel is centrally located next to the bullring, which made it convenient to explore local attractions. The rooms were a bit narrow and dark, and I could hear traffic from my balcony, which made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep. However, the service was incredibly helpful and they served a delicious club sandwich in the restaurant. Overall, it provided decent value for money but had some drawbacks with the room quality.
